When the "Prices Update" checkbox is activated on relevant recurring transaction templates, documents generated through recurring transaction confirmations will automatically incorporate the latest prices from your current price list. This ensures accuracy without manual intervention.

Important Limitation

This feature applies only to item-type documents and does not function for service-type transactions. Keep this distinction in mind when configuring your recurring transaction templates to ensure proper price management.
