Show UDTs in Menu & Home Page

The Web Client for SAP Business One lets you leverage the core processes and business logic available in the desktop client alongside a modern user experience. User-Defined Tables (UDTs) are a powerful customization tool that can now be surfaced directly in the Web Client navigation.

Displaying UDTs in the Menu

When configuring UDTs with "No Object" type in the desktop client, users can determine whether to display them in the Web Client Main Menu and Home Page. The "Display Menu" option allows UDTs to appear directly in the Web Client's main navigation menu.

Home Page Tiles

For additional visibility, users can display UDTs as tiles on the home page through the "Edit Home Page" option located in the user settings area. This provides at-a-glance access to frequently used custom tables without navigating through menus.
