Professional users of SAP Business One need quick access to key information without losing their workflow. The Quick View feature in the Web Client addresses this need by providing instant access to essential record details. By clicking a golden arrow icon that appears throughout the system, users can quickly check specific details like customer balance without interrupting their work.

Quick View Functionality

The Quick View feature allows users to see a summary of key information about a specific record. When more comprehensive information is needed, users can select 'View More' to access the full master data in either a new browser tab or the current tab. This provides a seamless way to drill into details without navigating away from the current workflow.

Configuration Options

Users can control Quick View behavior through the settings window in the 'Me Area.' When enabled, clicking the golden arrow displays a summary view.
