Fine Tune Access to Numbering Series

Managing user authorizations related to numbering series just got more flexible. SAP Business One has expanded from supporting 10 to 30 different numbering series authorization groups, enabling organizations to set a much wider range of more accurate user authorizations.

Implementation Process

The workflow involves two main steps to achieve more accurate authorization assignment.

• Allocate each numbering series to its designated group
• Grant individual users relevant authorizations to various groups

Enhanced Flexibility

With 30 authorization groups available instead of 10, organizations can define much more granular access controls for their numbering series. This expansion enables more precise alignment between user roles and the document numbering series they need to access.
