Show License Information at Startup

Software licensing is a critical aspect of any enterprise application. When users access SAP Business One, license details automatically appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen for two minutes or until dismissed. This ensures users are always aware of their current license status.

Customizing License Display

A checkbox in the Users – Setup window allows customization of this behavior. By default, the checkbox is selected to display license information at every login. Users can deselect this option to prevent the license notice from appearing automatically.

• License details appear in the bottom-right corner by default
• Display duration is two minutes or until manually dismissed
• Users can deselect the option in the Users – Setup window
• License information can still be viewed manually by clicking the logo

Flexibility for Your Workflow

Even when the automatic display is turned off, users retain the ability to view license information manually by clicking the application logo. This setting can be adjusted at any time, giving users full control over their login experience.
